Windle Construction is a commercial construction company located in Lynchburg, Virginia, that provides general contracting and project management services in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Founded in 2005, Windle Construction has completed over 300 major commercial renovation and new construction projects that include office and grocery store renovations, restaurant remodels, shopping center development, and new construction for financial and educational institutions. From its beginnings renovating a Food Lion grocery store in Berlin, Maryland, Windle Construction has focused on providing hands-on, professional management, quality workmanship, meeting customer's needs. and exceeding customer's expectations.

Jimmy Windle - President
Jimmy started Windle Construction in 2005 and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry managing both commercial and residential projects. Jimmy has a wealth of expertise and project management experience having been involved with major commercial renovation and new construction projects for organizations such as Food Lion, Kroger, Areva, and Liberty University. Jimmy is directly involved with projects from estimating to completion. His commitment is to building strong working relationships, providing quality craftsmanship, and being attentive to and meeting the customer's needs.
John Mitchell - Project Manager
John Mitchell joined Windle Construction Company in January of 2007. He has a life time of construction experience spanning 40 years. John started in residential construction as a teenager and has progressed into commercial work over the past 30 years. He has been involved in over 100 Food Lion projects along with numerous Kroger and AREVA projects. Having been able to work hands on along with the management part of construction gives him a good balance of construction knowledge.
